Marking up cost of parts 200% won't bring me back here. The work they have done on 2 different vehicles has been great. They give you 5 star treatment. But if I can pay with no discounts $840 for my parts and you try to charge me $1400+ then act like you gave me a great deal by dropping it to $1187!?! Nope. A good repair but in no way should my repairs have cost me $3600. I understand a mark up on parts and I understand that they charge for quality and warranty. However they pad the times (an r&r drive shaft cost me $284 in labor for a less than 1 hr book job)and double the cost of parts. That lost me as a continued customer.
Justin, I know we spoke on 2/22/22 and you had mentioned you were very satisfied with the work but mentioned that the price was a little high. Please know all of our work is backed by a rock solid 3yr/36k mile warranty! If you have any other questions or other concerns, we would be happy to assist you. Thank you! – The Plymouth Garage Team
